Welcome to HLTRANSFERTS! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking platform, and chauffeur services. By accessing or using our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

HLTRANSFERTS offers chauffeur-driven transportation for individuals, groups, and corporate clients. Services may include:

    • Airport transfers

    • Business travel

    • Event transportation

    • Special occasion trips

    • Hourly chauffeur hire

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

2. Bookings & Payments

    • All bookings must be made via our website, phone, email, or in person.

    • Prices will be confirmed at the time of booking and may vary based on location, time, and vehicle type.

    • Payment methods accepted: credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or cash (where applicable).

    • A deposit or full payment may be required for certain bookings.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up may be charged in full.

    • No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

    • Please ensure you are ready at the agreed pick-up location on time.

    • It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide accurate pick-up and drop-off details.

    • Passengers must not cause damage to the vehicle or engage in unlawful behavior during the ride.

5. Luggage Policy

    • Standard luggage allowance applies; please inform us in advance if you have excess or oversized luggage.

    • HLTRANSFERTS is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

6. Delays & Liability

    • We aim to be punctual, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

    • HLTRANSFERTS’ liability is limited to the cost of the booking.

7. Safety

    • All passengers must wear seat belts where provided.

    • HLTRANSFERTS reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who appear intoxicated, abusive, or unsafe.

8. Privacy

We value your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
