At HLTRANSFERTS, we strive to provide reliable and professional chauffeur services. We understand that plans may change, and this Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Cancellations by the Customer
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable and may be charged in full.
- No-shows (failure to appear at the agreed pick-up location) are non-refundable.
2. Cancellations by HLTRANSFERTS
In the unlikely event that HLTRANSFERTS must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
3. Deposits & Advance Payments
Some bookings may require a deposit or full payment in advance. If applicable:
- Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up.
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before pick-up).
- No-shows at the pick-up location.
- Service refusal due to passenger misconduct (e.g., intoxication, abusive behavior, safety concerns).
